All of this is available for 8 payments of $40. You can pay weekly or one time upfront. Spouses (not other family members or friends) are BOGO! This means that only one of you needs to sign-up and pay. After you make 8 payments or the one-time upfront payment, you’ll have the ability to participate in subsequent rounds of the 8-week transformation program at no additional cost.
Yes. You can by purchasing a gift card for them. Purchasing a gift card doesn’t automatically enroll them in the program. They will need to use the gift card you purchase as their payment method for the program when signing up for one of our 8-week rounds when sign-ups are open. No refunds for gift card purchases.

Yes and no. PayPal is our credit card processor. You can use any credit card when paying. If you plan to pay weekly, you will need a PayPal account to set up the automatic weekly payments. If you choose to make a one-time upfront payment, you will be given the option to checkout as a guest inside PayPal and don’t have to set up a PayPal account. Again, you can use any credit card when checking out.
Nope. The BOGO is just for spouses. They would have to sign up on their own.
Only one of you needs to sign up through the website. Whichever spouse completes the sign-up process will enter the other spouse’s information when asked. Make sure your spouse has entered the email address you use to sign up for your account on our website when answering the membership questions for our private Facebook group so we can link them to your sign-up.

Make sure you follow all the steps so we can process your sign-up in a timely manner. You won’t be accepted into the private Facebook group until you have finished all the sign-up steps on our website and your payment has been processed. You can also sign-up for email reminders on our homepage when sign-ups open.

It can take 12-16 hours to process your registration and get you added to the private E2M Personal Training Motivation Group Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/196228814444545/) where all program-related information is shared, but often it is sooner.
If after 16 hours, you haven’t been added to the group, first make sure you have requested to join the private Motivational group (link above). If you have been added, cancel your request to join the group, re-request, and answer all the member questions. Sometimes your request doesn’t show up on our end initially to add you to the group. (**Also, make sure you have entered the email address you used to sign up on our website for the first membership question so we can match your Facebook account with your sign-up. Sometimes there are multiple people with the same Facebook name.)
Next check to see if your payment is still pending in your account on our website. (Login information is in one of the first emails you received from Eager to Motivate. Make sure you first set up your password using the link provided in that welcome email before trying to log into your account.) If your payment is still pending, it means your payment hasn’t been processed by PayPal. Under Subscription on your account dashboard, select the red Pay button to help finish processing your payment. If that process doesn’t help your payment to process, you may want to cancel this order and try submitting a new order.
After 24 hours, if you haven’t been added, you’ve requested to join the group, and your payment has been processed (you’ve received a receipt from PayPal), please message us through the public E2M Personal Training Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) messenger inbox using the blue send message button at the top of the page, not through email, so we can help.

Nope. You’re already part of the private Facebook group. Once you’ve made your 8 payments of $40, you have access to the program for life.
Unfortunately, once sign-ups are closed, you have to wait until the start of the next 8-week round. Make sure you set a reminder for the dates of our next sign-up. Make sure you sign up for an email reminder for when sign-ups go live.
Yes. Our private E2M Training Motivation Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/196228814444545/) is how we communicate everything for the program. We have clients that create an account just for access to the program.
As long as one of you has a Facebook page, the other can follow along with you on yours.

They change weekly and challenge beginners to those who already work out regularly. Workouts are 35-60 minutes in length. They can be done at home or in a gym. We record the workouts live in our Facebook group, and then they are accessible at any point after that at your convenience. The workouts can be done with a set of dumbbells.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer samples of the plan. The meal plan changes weekly and consists of all whole food options for you to choose from to create your meals. You can get all items at your local grocery store. We are a supplement-free program. We encourage prepping and keeping things simple.
Yes. We have numerous clients with family members not doing the program, and they find it very easy to make slight adjustments for the rest of the family and only cook one meal for everyone.
Yes! We have a postpartum group to address the specific needs of nursing mommas.
We have numerous clients that have diabetes and find success with the program. We encourage our clients with type 1 or 2 diabetes to always prioritize their blood sugar levels. Once you’re in the program, you can reach out for more specific guidance.

I got an email saying my subscription renewed. What does this mean? Did I sign up for another 8 payments?
No. When you sign-up for weekly payments, the system considers each week a weekly subscription in order for it to automatically process your next payment. Every week, your subscription will renew until your subscription ends at the time of the 8th payment. The only way you sign up for a new 8-week subscription is if you hit the resubscribe button.
You can cancel at any time. To do so, you must notify us in writing by messaging us through the E2M Personal Training Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) messenger inbox. You can do so by using the blue send message button at the top of our Facebook page. Upon notifying us, you will be removed from the private group.
If you would like to cancel your membership, please take the following steps:
- Send us a message to the E2M Personal Training Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) messenger inbox, not through email. You can do so by using the blue send message button at the top of our E2M Personal TrainingFacebook page.
- In your message, note the email and name that is associated with your account.
- Upon requesting cancellation, you will be removed immediately from the private Facebook group as we process your cancellation. Give our team 24-72 business hours to process the cancellation. It could take longer to process your request if it is made on the weekend.
Sign in to your account with us on your website. Choose 'My Subscription' on the left-hand side of your screen. You will see a red button in the middle of the page that says "Change Payment'. Click on 'Change Payment.’ Next click on 'Change payment method' at the bottom of the page. This will take you to your PayPal account where you can log in and change your credit card information or update your information. Make sure you select save and the end of the process to save your new payment information.
It’s important to make sure your automatic weekly payments are going through. If you are set up for weekly automatic payments, sometimes PayPal cannot process your payment for one reason or another. They do not tell us why a payment fails. If this happens, you can log into your account on our website to help your payment finish processing. Under subscriptions on your account dashboard, you will select the red Pay button. (If you haven’t created a password for your account yet, use the link in one of the initial emails from Eager to Motivate first before trying to log into your account so you don’t get locked out.) PayPal will also try to process your payment again. If your payment isn’t processed within 24 hours of its weekly renewal, you will be removed from the group until your payment is able to be processed. Send us a message to the E2M Personal Training Facebook page messenger inbox (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) with your account name and email if you get removed from the group because of this.
Sometimes a Facebook glitch will knock you out, but it could also be one of your weekly payments may not have been processed. Log in to your account on our website to check that your payment has been processed.
