Refunds:

Due to the digital nature of the training, refunds are not provided for weeks of training in which the member has had access to the E2M Motivation Facebook group.

If you would like to cancel your membership, please do the following:

1. Send us a message to the E2M Personal Training Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) messenger inbox. You can do so by using the blue send message button at the top of our Facebook page.

2. In your message, note the email that is associated with your account and PayPal account.

3. Give our team 24-72 business hours to process the refund. Upon requesting cancellation, you will be removed from the private group.

4. If you feel that you were inappropriately charged for a service, send us a message to the E2M Personal Training Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) messenger inbox. You can do so by using the blue send message button at the top of our Facebook page.

 5. If you feel that your message was sent and was missed, and you have waited for 48 hrs for a response, you can email e2mclt@gmail.com for further help.

**Refunds are processed Monday-Friday.
